1. The Service

Nounogram ("the App") is a picture-logic puzzle game. Each puzzle is part nonogram and part crossword: you shade squares from number clues, then fill the filled runs with words from a bank. You can play a daily set of puzzles, design your own, and share a puzzle you made with friends via a share link or code.

2. Eligibility & Family Use

Nounogram is designed for kids and families. The minimum age to hold an account is set by our Privacy Policy. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising any children who play using their account or device.

3. License & Usage

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

• Share-Link Confidentiality: Anyone who possesses a share link or code may be able to open and play the associated puzzle. You are responsible for distributing links only to people you intend to share with.
• Fair Use: We reserve the right to throttle, rate limit, or suspend accounts that place an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.

4. User-Created Puzzles

You are responsible for the puzzles and word selections you create and share. Do not use the App to share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that targets a real person without their consent.

5. Service Level & Availability

"Best Effort" Basis: We strive to keep the App available and working, but we do not offer a financial Service Level Agreement. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events.

6. Pricing

Nounogram offers a free daily puzzle and free puzzle design. We may offer paid features or subscription tiers. If we do, we will give you reasonable advance notice before any charges begin.
